Clove (Syzygium aromaticum)

Warning: Clove should not be used in pregnancy

Those tiny dried brown things you stick into oranges at Christmas are the dried, unopened buds of the clove tree, which is an evergreen tree growing to around 30 feet tall and that belongs to the Myrtle family. Most cloves are produced in Tanzania and Indonesia.

Clove oil is a very effective fungicide and antiseptic and, when vaporized, is useful for relieving the following medical conditions:

  • Bronchitis

  • Dizziness

  • Depression

  • Impaired memory

  • Weakness

  • Lethargy

To enjoy the benefits of clove, set your vaporizer to around 125°C to 150°C (257°F to 302°F),
